St Michael’s Collegiate School is an ELC-12 Anglican girls’ school offering a blend of tradition, innovation and world class experiences. Our campuses are set in beautiful grounds in the heart of Hobart and are the perfect base to explore the natural wonders of Tasmania.
Our Boarding House is on our Senior School campus with 28 boarding students, the majority are local boarders, which means our international students are immersed in the English language. It is like a home away from home.
Hobart is one of the safest cities in the world and is only a 50-minute flight from Melbourne. We offer a holiday boarding program in the April and October holidays in conjunction with our brother school, Hutchins. In 2022, 32 per cent of Collegiate Year 12 students on an ATAR pathway scored above 95.00, and 54 per cent scored 90.00 or higher. The median ATAR was 90.85.
