PLC Sydney provides a comprehensive education for all girls, catering for their individual strengths and interests. We offer a rich academic program supported by a very strong cultural, sporting and co-curricular framework. Our Year 12 students have an excellent track record of achievement in the HSC and are regularly included on both the Top Achievers’ List and the Premier’s All-Round Achievers’ List.
NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) requires students to study a minimum of 12 units in the Preliminary Year (Year 11)
and 10 units in their Higher School Certificate (HSC) Year (Year 12). A range of subjects is offered at PLC Sydney including English
(compulsory), Music, Drama, Arts and Design, Languages, Social Sciences, History, Science, Mathematics, Personal Development,
Health and Physical Education. We offer extension courses in Maths, English, History, Science, Music and Languages.
