Founded in 1856, St Catherine’s School Sydney is a school for young women of character and intellect, dedicated to making a meaningful contribution to the world. With 170 years of experience educating young women, we welcome students from Kindergarten to Year 12, with boarders joining us from Year 7. We are Australia’s oldest Anglican girls’ school and believe this rich heritage, coupled with our vast educational offering, is key to our success.

Academically, we ranked 38th in the state for the 2025 Higher School Certificate. In sport, our girls represent Australia in everything from Rowing to Water Polo and Rock Climbing. In the performing arts, we received 27 creative nominations in 2025.
